About

Mike Von Gold is a Munich-born DJ, producer, and audio systems specialist with a lifelong focus on sound. He began performing in classical settings at an early age, but quickly discovered a deeper passion for electronic music and audio technology. By his early teens, he was already experimenting with music software, DJing on vinyl at a local youth center, and learning recording and production in a professional studio environment.

At 17, Mike moved to Arizona to pursue university and continued expanding his skills across music production, live performance, and sound engineering. In his early twenties, he released his first single, followed by a remix with an underground Los Angeles label, and recorded his first radio mix.

Professionally, Mike has worked in award-winning hearing and listening technology, supporting accessibility-focused installations such as loop systems in churches and public buildings. He later stepped into the EDM world as a full-time DJ/producer for a major project—an experience that sharpened his perspective on the business side of the industry and ultimately reinforced his commitment to independence, authenticity, and artist-first values.

Mike went on to co-found a live production company, designing and operating stages for notable artists, specializing in high-impact sound and custom-programmed laser visuals, including advanced hologram-style effects. Today, he continues to push his creative and technical range—combining music, live production, and a growing focus on animation and visuals to build complete, immersive show worlds.

Outside of releases and performances, Mike consults for commercial venues, optimizing sound systems through expert installation, tuning, and DSP programming—whether for new builds or for rescuing underperforming systems—always with the goal of delivering clear, reliable, and powerful sound. After navigating real challenges, he’s fully focused on creating again: multi-genre music, standout productions, and teaching the next generation of artists and engineers.
